APPETIZER — Spicy Kale Chips
Sprinkle olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes over fresh kale. Mix well. Salt and pepper to taste. Lay kale evenly on a baking pan then toss in the oven at 375 degrees as you return to your TV. Check back in 15 minutes.

MAIN COURSE — Pizza-ritto
The heavenly marriage of pizza and burrito. Warm a flour tortilla in the microwave for 5-10 seconds. Spread 2 tbsp. of pizza sauce evenly across the tortilla. Sprinkle with garlic and onion powder. Throw in chopped spinach, string cheese, and pepperonis. Wrap like a burrito and return to microwave for another minute. Transfer to toaster oven to crisp the outside, and you’re all set!

DESSERT — Frozen Blueberries and Peanut Butter
Simple as that. Mix well in a bowl and munch on an excellent source of antioxidants and protein.
